Position:Recruitment Officer

CCS JV Mozambique is seeking a proactive and technology-driven Recruitment Officerto support the full recruitment lifecycle and contribute to the attraction, assessment, and hiring of qualified talent. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of recruitment experience, strong systems proficiency, and the ability to manage recruitment processes efficiently in a fast-paced project environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from vacancy approval to candidate onboarding • Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for various project and corporate positions • Coordinate interviews and selection processes with hiring managers and stakeholders • Prepare offer letters, employment documentation, and hiring approvals.
- Coordinate and monitor the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all pre-employment requirements are completed, including medical examinations, document verification, employment contracts, system access requests, payroll enrollment, induction scheduling, and mobilization requirements where applicable.
- Publish vacancies through various recruitment channels and professional networks • Conduct CV screening and candidate assessments against job requirements • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases within HR systems • Generate recruitment reports, metrics, and hiring status updates
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR databases, and digital recruitment tools effectively • Support workforce planning and manpower mobilization requirements
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable labor regulations • Promote a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process • Ensure compliance with company procedures, labor legislation, and internal recruitment standards
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR recruitment support • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Experience using recruitment systems, HRIS platforms, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, or other sourcing tools
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Fluent in both English and Portuguese
