Job Responsibilities: 

∙ Meeting monthly sales targets. 

∙ Prospecting, qualifying and generating new leads to support product lines (businessunits). 

∙ Contact prospective clients through calls and visits to promote company’s productsand services. 

∙ Build and maintain relations with new and existing clients 

∙ Maintain & update activities on CRM. 

∙ Achieve pipeline & collections targets. 

∙ Monitor the industry competitors, new products and market conditions tounderstand customer’s specific needs 

∙ Prepare and submit weekly reports to line manager. 

Qualifications & Skills: 

∙ Minimal matric / grade 12. Tertiary education is an advantage. 

∙ Minimum 2 years industry sales experience in Heavy Equipment / YellowMachinery(Mobile Crane/Tower Crane and Concrete), mining machinery (excavators) arepreferred. 

∙ A commitment to excellent customer service. 

∙ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

∙ Superb interpersonal skills. 

∙ Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment. 

∙ Must own a reliable vehicle, laptop and cellphone. 

Remuneration: 

∙ Market related basic salary. 

∙ Plus fuel allowance 

∙ Plus laptop allowance 

∙ Plus cellphone allowance 

∙ Plus uncapped commission 

∙ Plus quarterly incentives based on performance.
