A SCV Consulting procura um(a) profissional experiente, criativo(a) e apaixonado(a) pela área de produção alimentar, com forte atenção ao detalhe e capacidade de garantir qualidade, sabor e consistência em cada produto.

📌 Requisitos:

Idade mínima 24 anos;
Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência profissional comprovada como pasteleiro;
Experiência prática na produção de mini bolos, mini sobremesas, biscoitos e bolos chiffon;
Conhecimento de técnicas de preparação, cozedura, montagem e decoração de produtos de pastelaria;
Conhecimento de diferentes tipos de massas, recheios, cremes e coberturas;
Capacidade de seguir receitas e fichas técnicas com precisão;
Conhecimentos de higiene e segurança alimentar;
Capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão e cumprir prazos;
Boa organização, atenção aos detalhes e sentido de responsabilidade;
Capacidade de trabalhar em equipa;
Disponibilidade para horários flexíveis, incluindo fins de semana ou feriados, quando necessário.
